Webinar: Using the New HMRC Gift Aid Portal

Jon Parker from HMRC will be presenting the new Gift Aid portal and answering questions from Independent Examiners.

Jon Parker is a Lead User Researcher and part of the SOUP team looking at improvements to the current Gift Aid online service. The acronym SOUP stands for Security, Operability, Usability & Performance. I work closely with the recently created Future of Gift Aid team in HMRC but sit outside of their remit.
